TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to Catering A to Z (CATZ).

These Terms & Conditions govern orders placed through cateringatoz.com and the purchase of products and catering services offered by CATZ.

CATZ is operated under CCE UAE / XYZ Legal Entity Name, based in DIP 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and other applicable website policies.

1. About CATZ

Catering A to Z (CATZ) is a UAE-based online catering platform offering prepared food and catering products for homes, offices, gatherings, celebrations, corporate requirements and events.

Depending on the product, items may be available to order:

  • By kilogram
  • By dozen
  • By piece
  • By tray
  • By platter
  • By pack
  • Or in another quantity displayed on the relevant product page

Available ordering units may differ from product to product.

2. Product Information

CATZ makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, quantities, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Because our products are food items prepared using natural ingredients and may be handmade, minor variations may occur in:

  • Appearance
  • Colour
  • Shape
  • Garnishing
  • Presentation
  • Ingredient appearance
  • Portion appearance

Product photographs are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product and may not always reflect the exact appearance of the item delivered.

Such normal variations do not necessarily indicate a defect or quality issue.

3. Product Availability

All products and menu items are subject to availability.

Availability may depend on:

  • Ingredient availability
  • Requested quantity
  • Production capacity
  • Delivery location
  • Delivery date
  • Seasonal availability
  • Kitchen capacity
  • Special preparation requirements

CATZ may temporarily remove or discontinue products where necessary.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer wherever reasonably possible to discuss an alternative, amendment or appropriate refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval where such approval can reasonably be obtained.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on cateringatoz.com are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices displayed on the CATZ website are inclusive of applicable UAE VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.

The final amount payable, including any applicable delivery fee or other clearly disclosed charge, will be shown before the customer completes the order.

CATZ may update product prices from time to time.

Any price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred and applicable law permits correction.

5. Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum order requirements may vary according to:

  • Emirate
  • Delivery location
  • Product
  • Order type
  • Catering requirement

The applicable minimum order requirement will be shown during checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Current Minimum Order: XYZ

Where different minimum values apply to different Emirates, these may be displayed separately on the website or during checkout.

6. Delivery Charges

CATZ provides delivery within the United Arab Emirates, subject to service availability.

Delivery charges may vary according to:

  • Emirate
  • Area
  • Distance
  • Order value
  • Order type
  • Delivery requirements

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed.

Delivery Charges: XYZ

CATZ may offer free delivery for certain order values, areas or promotions where specifically stated.

7. Preparation & Order Lead Time

CATZ prepares products specifically for customer orders.

As a general guideline, orders should be placed approximately 24 to 48 hours before the requested delivery time.

Actual preparation time depends on:

  • Products selected
  • Quantity ordered
  • Size of the order
  • Availability
  • Customisation requirements
  • Delivery destination
  • Current kitchen capacity

Certain orders may be accepted with less than 24 hours’ notice, subject entirely to availability and confirmation by CATZ.

Large, customised, corporate or event orders may require additional notice.

Placing an order for an earlier delivery time does not automatically guarantee acceptance unless the order is confirmed by CATZ.

8. Selecting a Delivery Date & Time

Customers may select from the available delivery dates and delivery time slots presented during the ordering process.

Availability may differ according to location, order size and production requirements.

CATZ will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected time slot.

However, delivery slots represent expected delivery windows rather than a guarantee of an exact arrival time.

Factors such as:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Road closures
  • Building access
  • Delivery route conditions
  • Unusually high order volumes
  • Events or public restrictions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

may occasionally affect delivery times.

9. Placing an Order

Before submitting an order, customers should carefully review:

  • Products selected
  • Quantities
  • Delivery address
  • Contact details
  • Delivery date
  • Delivery time slot
  • Special instructions
  • Final amount payable

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted with their order is accurate.

Once an order is submitted, changes may not always be possible because food preparation or procurement may already have started.

10. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

An automated website confirmation or payment authorisation does not necessarily mean that CATZ has accepted an order in every circumstance.

An order may be subject to review for:

  • Product availability
  • Production capacity
  • Delivery availability
  • Payment confirmation
  • Unusual order quantities
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Other operational requirements

If CATZ cannot fulfil an order, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include an amendment, alternative, credit or refund where applicable.

11. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Online card payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

CATZ does not intentionally store complete payment-card details where these are processed directly by the payment provider.

Payment must be successfully authorised or otherwise arranged before an order is considered confirmed unless CATZ has expressly agreed to another payment arrangement.

12. Invoices

Customers may receive an electronic order confirmation, receipt or invoice in connection with their purchase.

Where required, invoices will contain applicable transaction information relating to the purchased products or services.

Customers should retain their order confirmation or invoice in case they need to contact CATZ regarding an order.

13. Orders by Kilogram

Certain CATZ products may be sold by weight.

Where a product is sold by kilogram, the available quantities and increments will be displayed on the relevant product page.

For handmade or prepared food, minor practical differences may sometimes arise during preparation.

CATZ will make reasonable efforts to supply the quantity ordered in accordance with the product specification and applicable requirements.

14. Orders by Dozen

Products offered by the dozen are supplied according to the quantity stated on the relevant product page.

Unless otherwise specified:

1 dozen = 12 pieces.

Customers should check the product description carefully, as individual item sizes and serving suggestions may differ between products.

15. Large & Custom Orders

Large catering orders, corporate orders, events and customised requirements may be subject to:

  • Additional preparation time
  • Separate quotations
  • Different payment arrangements
  • Deposit requirements
  • Specific cancellation conditions
  • Delivery or setup charges
  • Minimum quantities
  • Custom menu terms

Where specific written terms are provided for a customised order, those specific terms will apply to that order alongside these general Terms & Conditions.

16. Customer Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Where applicable, this should include information such as:

  • Building or villa name/number
  • Street
  • Area
  • Emirate
  • Apartment or office number
  • Relevant access instructions
  • Correct mobile number

CATZ is not responsible for avoidable delays caused by materially incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.

17. Receiving the Order

Customers should ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery
  • The provided telephone number is reachable
  • Delivery personnel can reasonably access the location

If our driver or delivery partner cannot reach the customer, reasonable attempts may be made to contact them.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the information provided is incorrect, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of food, CATZ cannot guarantee that re-delivery will always be possible.

The applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.

18. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are encouraged to check their order promptly after receiving it.

If an order contains:

  • A missing item
  • An incorrect item
  • Material damage
  • Significant spillage
  • Another clear fulfilment issue

the customer should contact CATZ as soon as reasonably possible at: sales@cceuae.com

Photographs or other information may be requested so that the issue can be investigated.

19. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers with food allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should contact CATZ before placing an order where clarification is required.

Customers should clearly communicate any relevant food allergy or dietary requirement.

Although our kitchen may take reasonable precautions when accommodating specific requests, CATZ prepares a wide range of food products and ingredients may be handled within shared preparation environments.

Cross-contact therefore cannot always be completely excluded.

Customers with severe or medically significant food allergies should contact the CATZ team before ordering so that the requirement can be reviewed.

No website description should be interpreted as a medical guarantee that a product is completely free from an allergen unless CATZ has specifically confirmed this.

20. Ingredients & Menu Changes

CATZ may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to recipes or ingredients due to availability, quality requirements or operational considerations.

Any change involving a significant characteristic of a product, particularly one affecting an expressly stated dietary requirement or known allergen request, will be handled with appropriate care.

Menu information should always be reviewed at the time of ordering.

21. Food Handling After Delivery

Once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted, customers are responsible for appropriately handling and storing the food.

Any storage, refrigeration, reheating or consumption instructions supplied by CATZ should be followed.

Perishable food should not be left under unsuitable conditions.

CATZ cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, handling or use after successful delivery.

This does not affect the customer’s rights where a product was already defective or unsuitable at the time it was delivered.

22. Changes to an Order

Customers wishing to change:

  • Products
  • Quantities
  • Delivery date
  • Delivery slot
  • Delivery location
  • Other order details

should contact CATZ as soon as possible.

Changes are subject to:

  • Production status
  • Availability
  • Delivery availability
  • Applicable additional charges

CATZ cannot guarantee that changes can be accepted once preparation has commenced.

23. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation, refund, replacement and order-issue requests are governed by the separate:

CATZ Refund & Cancellation Policy

The policy should be reviewed before placing an order.

The applicable cancellation period is currently:

XYZ hours before scheduled delivery / preparation

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable UAE law.

24. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers and discount codes may have specific:

  • Validity periods
  • Minimum spending requirements
  • Product exclusions
  • Location restrictions
  • Redemption limits
  • Customer eligibility requirements

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Only one promotion may be applied to an order
  • Expired promotions cannot be used
  • Promotions may not apply to customised quotations or certain catering orders

Any promotion-specific terms will take priority for that particular promotion.

25. Website Errors

Although reasonable care is taken when maintaining the CATZ website, occasional technical, pricing, description or availability errors may occur.

Where an obvious error materially affects an order, CATZ may contact the customer to correct the issue before fulfilment.

If an appropriate correction cannot be agreed and CATZ is unable to fulfil the order as reasonably expected, the affected amount will be refunded where applicable.

26. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

CATZ will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely outside its reasonable control, which may include:

  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Road closures
  • Major transport disruption
  • Utility failures
  • Serious technical outages
  • Emergencies
  • Events affecting ingredient supply
  • Other comparable circumstances

Where such an event affects an order, CATZ will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and find an appropriate solution.

27. Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions are intended to explain the commercial terms applying to CATZ orders.

They are not intended to exclude, limit or override rights granted to consumers under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.

28. Complaints & Customer Support
